Support Engineer

We are seeking a support engineer with a strong knowledge of networking infrastructures, e-mail and messaging environments. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years experience in the customer-support arena for technology based solutions.

Responsibilities include working with customers to ready their networks for the Sendio ESP and bringing their systems live, updating software and provisioning the ESP, answering customers' configuration concerns, providing support in the event of planned and unplanned outages, and providing server management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong verbal and writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage through software-based case system
• Familiarity with SFA and CRM Support tools a plus
• Minimum education requirements: bachelors or associates degree in a technical discipline

Linux/Windows Systems Administrator

• 5 Year of System Administration Experience with Linux & Windows (XP)
• Ability to perform backup and restores
• Ability to script in BASH and Python
• Ability to configure and manage IPTables & SonicWall firewalls

Linux/Windows Systems Administrator

• 5 Year of System Administration Experience with Linux & Windows (XP)
• Ability to perform backup and restores
• Ability to script in BASH and Python

GUI Software Engineer

• Web2.0 client software development (Laszlo, Flash, AJAX)
• GUI design skills & understanding of UI theory
• Desktop client development experience a plus
• Wireless client development experience a plus

Java Application Software Engineer

• Develop Java web applications for JBoss
• Object/Relational Mapping experience (Hibernate a plus)
• Relational Database Expertise (PostgreSQL a plus)
• Understanding of web services
• JBoss Server Clustering
• JBoss Server Tuning

Server Software Engineer

• Develop server apps in C/C++, Python, Bourne shell
• Customize Open Source Apps
• Relational Database Expertise (PostgreSQL a plus)
• Software Packaging Experience (RPM a plus)
• Database Clustering
• Release management

Test Automation Engineer / QA

• Test development
• Regression test automation (experience with test software, such as Silktest, is a significant plus)
• Software release testing
• Package testing
• Performance testing
