General Troubleshooting
ID #1102
What does "You sent a verification for a message that does not exist." mean?
Whenever Sendio generates a Sender Address Verification message it creates a one-time user email address. When the sender responds to the SAV message, the one-time email address is "consumed" meaning it will never be used again. On occasion we see situations where Microsoft Outlook cached the SAV verification email address and automatically enters this address in the To: field the next time the sender addresses an email. When Sendio receives messages addressed to expired SAV addresses we respond with "You sent a verification for a message that does not exist." Please have the sender re-send the message, confirming that Outlook used the correct email address.
