I restarted my Sendio appliance and it is stuck at the Sendio logo screen?

On occasion the appliance will encounter a boot error which requires input. Unfortunately the input required is hidden behind the BIOS splash screen. To resolve this issue please connect a keyboard and monitor to the Sendio appliance and press the F1 key. In most cases this resolves the issue. If the Sendio appliance still does not boot please contact Sendio Support by sending an email to support@sendio.com.
