How do we prevent SPF fail results?
The simple answer to preventing SPF fail results is you can't. Only the owner of the sending email domain can change the SPF results through the associated DNS txt entry. What you can change is how Sendio handles SPF fail results. All SPF configuration can be handled via the Sendio web interface > System > Inbound Control > SPF section. The most common option is to change the SPF 'fail" to Allow.
