Can I manually enter trusted e-mail and/or IP addresses to my SilverList so that messages from these IPs skip the SilverListing process?

 

Yes. Whenever a contact is added with an IP address that IP address is automatically added to the SilverList table. Sendio administrators can also add SilverList entries to Web Interface > System > SilverList for trusted IP addresses.
