John Randall, Director of Customer Service & Support

John serves as director of the Support and Sales Engineering organization as well as working with our Sendio partners.  He is an IT veteran who brings more than seventeen years of industry expertise in strategic planning, IT and project management, as well as hardware/software integration and implementation.

Prior to joining Sendio, John was the director of project services at inhouseIT, an IT professional services firm for small businesses.  As a member of the corporate executive team, John was responsible for managing the project delivery team.  Prior to inhouseIT, John spent many years in consulting and technology support as well as providing internal IT management for companies like The Keith Companies, a national civil engineering professional services firm.
