User Experience

The few things that Users need to be trained about when Sendio is first installed include:

  • How to load all of their personal contacts into their individual communities, so that those people do not need to go through the invitation process
  • How to disable any "junk mail" processing on their email client software (e.g. MS Outlook) since it is now not only completely unnecessary but actually a hindrance
  • How to use the Queue Summary messages they will receive to "teach" the Sendio system about newsletters, subscription information and any other automated messages that they want to receive
Queue Summary

The one piece of "Sendio" that users actually see are the Queue Summary messages, which are typically received daily. These are emails generated for each User by the Sendio system which show the list of messages currently being "held" in the User's Pending Queue. An example is shown below.

These "held" messages are normally:

  • from people outside your community who have not yet accepted the invitation to join
  • from news services and other automated information sources that cannot respond to an invitation
  • from legitimate email marketing distributions

By simply "clicking" on a field in each message, a User "teaches" the Sendio system how to process similar messages in the future.
