Sendio’s goal is 100% customer satisfaction. To provide the best support experience possible, we maintain a list of Frequently Asked Questions designed to provide answers to many of the most common questions and issues. From setup and configuration to questions about Sender Address Verification, this FAQ system is ever evolving and growing.

You will notice there are two distinct areas of the FAQ system. On the right you will find the "Top 10 Questions" -- based on number of customers viewing the solution. If you are unable to locate a satisfactory answer in the "Top 10," take a look on the left side where solutions are broken down by category. In addition, you can always search by keywords using the comprehensive search capabilities of the system.

If you find a solution, but have a question about the answer please use the "Ask A Question" option in the top right corner. Please provide the ID number of the solution.
